~ Wave Worm Pro Staff member Russ McVey says Texas rigged Tiki Moko Lizards and Tiki Tubes in watermelon, watermelon red or black blue color on a matching 3/16 oz. Tru-Tungsten worm weight will catch some nice ones around the Cypress Trees along the flats. If the water gets a little stained and a has current going over the flats, a white & chartreuse 3/8 oz. Tru-Tungsten spinnerbait will be a good bait to have tied on. The pearl black back or chartreuse blue back pattern 100 series Bandit crankbaits fished around the mouths of the sloughs and Cypress tree points will catch the quality bass.
